Normally a protein consists of 20 amino acids that are all attached to each other like a kind of string. If it is hydrolyzed, this string is cut in pieces and will therefore be absorbed much faster in the body. This way you recover faster and have less muscle strain compared to a normal protein shake.

We recommend a maximum of 1 shot per day per product. So you can take a Pre Work Out and a Protein Shot, but not a Protein Shot twice. (We think it is important that you also take varied and balanced nutrition)

When we have sent the order, the responsibility for the delivery time lies with PostNL. In almost all cases they deliver within 24 hours but it may incidentally occur that there is a delay here, as a result of which PostNL delivers the order later. For outside The Netherlands it can take up to 2-3 days.  You agree with this when you order and SUPP24 is not liable for this delay.
